Couples looking for a romantic getaway
The spa area was a good escape, really enjoyed the steam room after a day on the slopes. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's dietary needs at dinner, just excellent hospitality.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it.

What I loved most was the amazing food—so many delicious options, from sushi to steak! It's a shame the decor downstairs is a bit outdated. a fantastic spot.

the service from every single member of staff was exceptional, they really went outta their way to help us. super friendly and attentive staff made our stay so much better. the food in the restaurant was super high standard for a reasonable price, so delish! really comfy room with an amazin view of the matterhorn. really loved the boot room with heated lockers, such a nice touch!
only downside was getting breakfast where the coffee could've been hotter, and the boot lockers situation was a bit of a mess.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights, and it was spacious and clean. The view of the Matterhorn from my room and balcony was breathtaking! They had daily housekeeping, so everything felt fresh. The bathroom was a bit dated, especially the shower being inside the bathtub, which isn't my favorite. But overall, the comfort level was pretty high and the room had a cozy vibe to relax after skiing.

A fantastic place for our family ski trip! Just steps from the pedestrian road and the slopes, we loved the ski-in/ski-out access, making it a breeze to hit the white stuff. The restaurant served creative dishes that even impressed my dad.
My kids wished the spa was bigger.
